Returns are simple and straightforward. If you decide to send your item back, you can use any shipping provider of your choice, we’ll provide you with the return address and guide you through the process.

Once received, returns are processed within 1 business day. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@truststeadfast.com, along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.

Never received

If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and issue a refund or replacement.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within 1 day of receiving the returned item. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
